Peach Blossom @ Marina Mandarin

Dim dum buffet @ Peach Blossom



Unique tea pot set that keeps the tea hot.

So cool !!!






Started the buffet with corn soup and watercress soup
Corn soup was unappetising.








Prawn dumplings with chestnut served in a nice glass.
Prawn was fresh & succulent




Limited to 1 serving per table - Homemade tofu with oats & chilli padi, marinated duck wings








Limited to 1 serving per table
- deep fried sea perch






Steam yam cake















Pan-fried flour roll








Xiao long bao - juicy but those from Din Tai Fung were better.





Dumpling with melon & black fungus






Bacon with cheese - unique presentation but the deep-fried skin affects the taste.














Most satisfying food from the menu - mango pomelo with nice dry-ice presentation - similar to Hua Ting's bubur hitam presentation.

Looks good. How is the food serving? 2 or 3 dim sum per serving or is it determined by the number of people at the same table?

Sorry to hv missed ur comment. The food serving is the usual 2-3 pcs per serving. If u hv more than 3 pax, u can order more than 2 servings as it's ala carte buffet. Only certain items are limited to one serving per pax.
