Minestrone soup - light base, with mixed vegetables. It was not served with any bread or bun.
Rosemary Chicken Sandwich - chicken was tender and well marinated
As the Ham & Leek Sandwich was not available, the Tomato Cheese Sandwich was the next option.
We were much interested in the Blue Swimmer Crab Wrap, which unfortunately was not available too. We had to make do with Smoked Salmon Wrap (left).
The Chicken Bechamel Sandwich was also not available, so we made do with Chicken Mushroom Pie. (above)
Overall, food was good. Unfortunately, cant speak the same about their service. There were only 2 other tables when we were there at abt 7pm on Sat evening. Despite the few customers to attend to, service was not up to expectation. We had to make ourselves "very visible", before any service staff would attend to us. Also, was very disappointed that several items on the menu were not unavailable on a Sat evening? Beats me, as I would think Sat evening would be a good biz opportunity for them. We also noted that cross-ordering amongst Gastrobar and the Restaurant is no longer allowed.
